Miami: easy to get to from South America, etc. 6-8 hr flight from Europe, difficult traffic, best area to be in South Miami Beach/Brickell

Miami Beach: party, eat, hang out

Brickell: upscale, business/financial district, more expensive, not clubs

CA: 11+ hr flight from Europe

Need room to be able to separate speaking area and area efficient for eating
