Pros: great views

Cons: very expensive, oct 31-nov2, foggy

The Hibernia

Pros: outside banner options for prime customization, beautiful, same size little bigger than Pearl

Cons: need LED wall instead of projector, location has some interference

City View

Pros: huge, also has outdoor space, long room can be false walled into sections - kind of guides people through experience, windows can be vinyl wrapped on the outside with branding, pre installed rigging for lighting/PA, yerba buena gardens

Cons: no appliances e.g. stove, fridge, “press room” has a/c noise, need to find a different press room, “food court” style area at entrance

Pros:

Cons: lots of signs and people to ensure guidance
