AmbassadorDAO is a vital resource to scale the Harmony community globally, and we aim to use our best efforts to support the initiative.

AmbassadorDAO and Harmony Events move forward to collaboration. AmbassadorDAO is an asset to Harmony as an effective organization to scale the Harmony community globally. Harmony moves to utilize AmbassadorDAO as they host in-person meetups, attend local (sponsored and unsponsored) events on behalf of Harmony, host local events with strategically organized deliverables, and assist in event proposals on our talk forum. AmbassadorDAO hopes to “t*ake some of the burden off of the grants and events teams by directing smaller scale talk forum event proposals ***to AmbassadorDAO, to optimize treasury expenditure while scaling events in a cost effective manner.”

Moving forward, we hope to answer questions given in feedback. This feedback is also supported by AmbassadorDAO and Essa:

2. Create the foundation and framework to meet this mission
3. Develop the playbook to establish:
   1. necessary roles
   2. necessary duties
   3. blockers to scalability
