Grants will be given to approved scholars under the following conditions:

  1. Scholars will submit grant funding proposals on:

    1. https://talk.harmony.one/c/funding-proposals/hackathons

  2. Grants will be jointly approved by Blu3DAO and Harmony

  3. Approved grantees must submit an invoice to harmony.one/grant-funding for funding

    1. ONE address must be submitted for disbursements

  4. Grantees are responsible for 100% of their team event expenses

    *Harmony aims to embrace the initiatives of grantees and provide autonomy for their event build-outs and operations

    1. Accommodations
    2. Travel

  5. Scholars are limited to 1 scholarship opportunity as described on Dreamer DAO.

    1. Scholars are eligible for up to $1K per scholarship
