In filling out this proposal, you are proposing yourself as team lead. Team Lead = Communication is Key

Team Lead:

• Core Team Member
• Builds Contributor and Volunteer team
• Owns relevant Notion event page
• Creates internal Telegram channel (include all Avengers)
• Obtain all Sponsorship Info
  • All Sponsorships must be approved on talk.harmony.one
• Delegate action items for:
  • Side events
  • TGI’s
  • Speaking engagements
  • Transportation
• Manage Retrospective Report
